Yesterday as I was walking home from campus I thought to myself, “Soon enough we’ll be having happy hour outside on the patio again!” And what a lovely thought it was. Then the skies opened and the streets flooded and my boots were full of water by the time I reached my house. On top of the tornado watch, the thunder snow, the sleet, and hail of this past week, I suppose we’re not quite ready for patio happy hours yet.
