I was attracted by research which demonstrated the expression of the luciferase gene in transgenic fish. Since then, I have continued to work in the field of the molecular biology research.

My research experiences follow:
1:Intracellular Ca2+ signaling receptor: the inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate receptor subtypes
2:Atherosclerosis and smooth muscle cells: changing contractile to synthetic phenotype
3:Full-length human cDNA project: publication of 21,243 full-length cDNA and 1.4 million EST (FLJ collection)

Now I am very interested in the functional gene analysis of planarians using RNAi by feeding methods.
