Appendix E – Corrections & Revisions Revised through 16 November 2009 As emphasized in the Introduction, this Guide is a "work-in-progress", and will be revised as we and other users find errors and better ways to aid in identification. Again, constructive comments and criticisms would be greatly appreciated. Each file has a "Revised through ….." date, so that the user will know whether or not they have a current version. Minor changes, cosmetic and otherwise, made in the web-pages, msWord files and PDF files, will not be reported here. Changes of significance that affect the utility of the Guide will be reported here in the following format: |
