2007 END-OF-SEMESTER Bot Tournament

406B8 Engr Hall (EWS Lab), 9:00 AM sharp, Thu Apr 26, 2007

Tournament Bracket

Student-designed bots scurry around trying to put brightly colored (nutritious) food in their own nest and dark (noxious) food in their opponents nest. The food values change over time; sometimes orange is good, sometimes blue is good. Bots also have to eat some of the food to keep their energy levels up, and decide whether or not to invest energy in reproduction (so the kids can help out with the chores).

More details about the tournament scenario and bot capabilities can be found on the homework T2 page.
