NetLogo

NetLogo is a free software environment for multi-agent modeling and simulation. It can be used for simulating a wide range of physical, biological and social phenomena. NetLogo provides an authoring environment that allows users to create their own models, and it provides user-interface tools for controlling and analyzing simulations in real time. NetLogo has extensive online documentation and comes with a Models Library, which is a large collection of pre-written simulations that can be examined and modified.
