The Cell Cycle and Events of M-Phase

ID #1882

In a question which asks us to match the events of Mphase, one of the events is "Chromosomes are lined up along an imaginary center line". Is this refering to the action of lining up the chromosomes or the moment when the chromosomes are actually lined up?

This particular option is referring to the point in time where all of the chromosomes are already lined up, ready to be separated.
