During Anaphase B, I understand that kinesins cause the MT to move to opposite directions. However, how do dyneins play a role in the movement as well?

Yes, dyneins are "pulling" the astral MTs (and consequently the entire centrosome) closer to the cell membrane, further separating the centrosomes so that cytokinesis occurs without a problem.
