What is the difference between the heterochromatin and chromosome? Is Heterochromatin the tightly packed form of chromatin, and chromosome the most tightly packed form?

Careful with your terminology -- chromosomes are chromosomes whether they are loosely organized or tightly packed. I believe what you meant was a mitotic chromosome, which suggests something very specific. Mitotic chromosomes are heterochromatin in its most tightly packed state.
