I am just confused how many ori are there in one replication bubble. I assume the answer is one, but on slide I see two black dots in one replication bubble.


An ori is a double stranded region of a chromosome, so when those strands are separated, there's essentially half an ori on one parental strand, and the other half on the other parental strand.
