In the notes it says that at the end of the ETC there is still no ATP. But, when we are making the final calculations for ATP produced, we add 2 GTP (=2 ATP) from the TCA/Krebs cycle. How is that possible?

The Krebs cycle and the ETC are not the same thing. You do get a small amount of GTP/ATP synthesized in the Krebs cycle, but there is no ATP formed in the ETC.
