If you had to rank the primary stabilizing forces from strongest to weakest(according to how easily they are broken) what would the order be?


Covalent bonds take the most effort to break in a cell, and all others are secondary to that. van der Waals forces are absolutely the weakest, but the others are all in the middle somewhere.
