which force is least frequently used in tertiary structure of proteins? I was wondering if this question meant ONLY forces from tertiary structure forming or if it meant forces used in primary through tertiary which is the most rare?? because one answer is mainly found in primary structure but not in tertiary structure alone and one answer is very rare itself.

This question refers to forces that contribute to tertiary structure. You don't need to consider any other levels of protein organization.
