I know you mentioned the T-helper along with this concept in class, but I missed its function.

Not that this is relevant for our final exam, but there are actually different types of T-cells in your immune system. However, only the T-helper cells express the CD4 receptor that HIV uses to "land". At least I don't think the other type of T-cells do (they're called cytotoxic T-cells).
