One of the question is From where to microtubules most specifically originate? In the lecture notes, it says that the Pericentriolar Material (PCM) is the collection of proteins from where the microtubules grow out of, but in the next slide it says that the microtubules orginate from the centrosome. So, would the centrosome be a more specific, correct answer??

One of these is more specific than the other. It's like, for example, if I say that a uniform is composed of a shirt and pants. Then if I ask what your arms come out of. It's not incorrect to say the uniform, but it's more specific to say the shirt.
