Actin and Myosin

ID #1572

When the myosin head rebinds to a new position on the actin filament (a weak interaction), does it causes a release of both Pi and ADP?

No, just the Pi initially. That's what causes the power stroke. The ADP will fall out during or right after the power stroke, opening up the nucleotide binding site for the next ATP, and the cycle continues.
