Could you please explain the concept of a vessicle?


A vesicle is a spherical, fluid-filled compartment separated from the cytoplasm by a lipid bilayer membrane. And yes, when membrane receptors get sent back to the plasma membrane, they get transported from the early endosome to the cell membrane via "empty" vesicles.
