Do proteins that make up the plasma membrane get synthesized 100% on free cytosolic ribosomes?

If you're a protein in the plasma membrane, you got there by going through the secretory pathway, which means you were not translated on a free cytosolic ribosome. But you're not soluble (the very definition of soluble in this context means "not membrane bound"), so you don't get dumped into the extracellular space.
