Where would disulfide bond formation occur in the ER? Is this the type of bond that occurs when the the 14-mer is bonded to the dolichol?

Disulfide bond formation doesn't directly have anything to do with glycosylation or dolichol. When it happens, it happens in the lumen of the ER. Disulfide bonds are between adjacent cysteine amino acids, not between an amino acid and a sugar like in N-linked glycosylation.
