I just want to make sure that the Mitochondrial Hsp 70 have both abilities of: I. pulling rest of the protein into matrix after ratchet II. keeping the protein unfolded in the matrix.

Yes, the mitochondrial Hsp70 has both the ability of pulling in the protein to enable it to come into the matrix while it's being ratcheted by Tim; and because it is a chaperone, it helps keep the protein unfolded until the protein gets all the way into the matrix. Once the protein gets into the matrix, it is folded to its tertiary structure with the assistance of other Hsp chaperones (like Hsp60) or the chaperonin.
