The Nucleus and its Functional Domains

ID #2253

Specifically where in the nucleus can you find the cajal body and PML body? I know the cajal body was mentioned in one of our quizzes, so I was wondering if we needed to know where in the nucleus it was located.

Cajal bodies are in the nucleus, outside of the chromosomal domains. PML bodies are also nuclear and are located in areas of active transcription.
