Would it be correct if I said that tRNAs are always transfered from A site to P site?

As long as you understand that the tRNAs aren't moving from "room to room" in the "house," the house is moving around the tRNAs, then yes. Using the word "transferred" perhaps implies that they are physically being moved from one spot on the mRNA to another spot, and they're not. The ribosome is moving around them.
