I know that the first amino acid in a chain of proteins in bacteria is fMet, not met, but does that mean that the rest of the AUG coded amino acids are translated as fMet and not just regular Met in the whole chain of proteins?

Any other AUG codons that are found in-frame in a bacterial mRNA will have Methionine added at that position, not fMet.
