Welcome
Dear Students,
I would like to welcome you to MCB 150, the first course in the curriculum for students in the Biological Sciences program
and for students in many other disciplines. Over the course of the semester, you will study molecular and cellular biological
theory and application.
I am responsible for the discussion portion of MCB 150 as well as for many of the administrative aspects of the course. My office
is in 342 Natural History Building. Staff members are available in 252 Davenport Hall to help you weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
If you prefer, you may call us at 244-6239. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
Please make sure you have read the course information material on the course website and in the packets that will be passed
out in class. This information is meant to help you when you are not certain what to do or where to go when you have
a problem that effects your work in MCB 150. Please feel free contact me or stop by if you have questions or concerns.
I hope you enjoy your semester in MCB 150.
Melissa
