39-Epipetalous stamens

Here is another example of epipetalous stamens. Note that in this flower the sepals are connate, the petals are connate, the stamens are epipetalous (that is the filaments are adnate to the corolla), the gynoecium is syncarpous (that is the carpels are connate), and the ovary is superior. This example is primrose (Primula cultivar).
