Avida-ED.  Avida-Ed is a program that can be downloaded via the web.  It does not simulate evolution.  Rather, it is digital evolution.  If time presents, we might play with this a bit.

Evol-ED.  Evol-Ed is a series of four lesson plans that emphasize making links across all levels of biology.  There are 4 main lessons (mouse fur color, toxin resistance in clams, monkey opsin genes, and pea taste).  All four span between the genetic changes involved, effects at the cellular level, the ecology of the organism, and the population dynamics of the various alleles.
